• DTF/DTG and vector file creation

2. Use of Website

By using our website or services, you confirm that:

• You will not misuse the site for illegal purposes.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information for any service request.

3. Order Process

To place an order:

• Submit required details including files and design instructions.
• We may decline orders that violate copyright or our business policies.
• Turnaround time will be shared based on the project scope.

4. Payment Terms

• Embroidery and file services require full payment upfront.
• Website projects may follow milestone or installment-based payments.
• All transactions are securely processed via trusted third-party gateways.

5. Revisions and Approvals

• Embroidery/DTF orders include free revisions within 7 days of delivery.
• Website projects allow up to 3 revision rounds unless otherwise agreed.
• Final approval is considered acceptance. Further changes may be charged.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No refunds once custom work has started or files have been delivered.
• Website project cancellations within 48 hours may be eligible for partial refunds, excluding time spent or setup costs.

7. Intellectual Property

• Clients retain ownership of submitted content and materials.
• Final approved work belongs to the client after full payment.
• We may showcase non-confidential projects in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.

8. Data Collection & Use

Your data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes:

• Personal details (name, email, phone, billing info)
• Design files and project instructions
• Analytics data (IP address, browser, etc.)

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with trusted providers or required authorities.
